• What happens next: Submitting this form serves as your withdrawal statement, and we'll email a confirmation to you right away. A member of our team will then send return instructions within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• If your order has already shipped: Please accept the delivery and then return the package to us, rather than refusing it. Carriers charge substantial fees for refused international shipments, and we'd like to help you avoid them.
• Return shipping: Please note that return shipping is at your expense, and you are responsible for the safe arrival of your items at JDS Labs. We recommend packing them carefully and using a tracked shipping service.
• Your refund: We will issue your refund within 14 days of your withdrawal request. Your original standard shipping cost is included; if you chose a premium shipping method, only the extra cost above our least expensive standard option is kept. Please understand that we may wait until your return arrives at JDS Labs or you send us proof of shipment, such as a tracking number, whichever comes first.
